Well the new kit has been installed and I’ve had a day to drive the car and it feels great, other than being a little stiff (more on that later). The slop of the old struts and shocks are completely gone! It’s kinda funny because the car actually feels faster to me at least. I know that sounds weird but for the simple reason that on acceleration there’s absolutely no major feel of the car pitching backwards she stays perfectly flat the same goes for braking the nose dive is almost nonexistent. What’s great about the Super Street kit is it’s 16 way dampener adjustable and originally I had them set at 8, however this was feeling a little stiff for everyday use. So I spent all of about 15 min’s, and cranked each corner down to 0 the lowest possible setting, in hopes for a smoother ride. The 0 setting is pretty much perfect for everday driving, then for the occasional weekend canyon run you can easily crank them up.

Overall the new Tein Super Street Coilover kit is great, I’m really pleased with the easy adjustability and the quality of craftsmanship.
