Robert Kubica completed 82 laps with no technical problems and, while testing different set-up options, found some good and interesting directions for the team to explore. The programme also included work on the aerodynamics, and the team is hoping these will lead to a good performance for the British Grand Prix next week.

What comes next:
Day two will see Robert driving again. He will continue with the set-up and aerodynamic work. Also on the busy agenda will be Bridgestone tyre testing for the Silverstone race.
